If you wish to register by mail, download the form and mail to the address shown. All mail deliveries must be postmarked August 21, 2009 .

Pre-registration cost is $20.00 and includes an unique insideout t -shirt.

Day of the race registration cost is $25.00. T-shirts are subject to availability.
